The MTS Sprockets & Mesh system for Process Conveyors The MTS sprockets system features precision matched belts, with metal or polyacetyl sprocket segments. These sprockets come standard with a 2" face width. Unidirectional machined teeth provide self cleaning action necessary in many applications where product consistencies are thick or tend to bind. Many mesh combinations are available for short to medium length process conveyors as well as for certain transfer conveyors. The MTRplus Drive Roll & Mesh system for High Production Process Conveyors The MTRplus drive roll system is the workhorse of the family. MTRplus rolls are full width drive rolls machined to match the mesh selected. There are 16 standard meshes, with two standard roll sizes for each mesh. Custom rolls and meshes are readily accomplished as well. The MTRplus roll sports unique, progressively machined drive teeth which allow for expansion and contraction - for elevated temperature use and for freezing! Can ovens, snack food ovens, cookie ovens, food freezers and more are equipped with this system.
